Projects

Over the years, our specialists have participated in a number of successful and interesting projects. Read more about some of them:

Comprehensive transformation of the core banking system and optimization of the entire architecture

We participated in the design of the architecture, analysis of existing systems and interfaces, modelling of business processes, identification of areas suitable for consolidation and modernization, and support for the creation of a transformation roadmap.

Used technologies: ArchiMate, UML, TOGAF.

Integration of systems for a TELCO company

Integration of internal systems of a TELCO company through microservices. The solution is built on Spring Boot and Java 11 technology, with an emphasis on stability, scalability, and consistent data migration.

Used technologies: Java, SpringBoot, Flyway, Postgres DB, Gradle.

Development and modernization of payment infrastructure and integration

We participate in the development of new functionalities, integration of external payment providers (e.g., GoCardless, Checkout, CNB, Banking Circle), optimization of payment microservices, increasing the performance and security of existing components, and ensuring compliance with regulations in several European markets.

Used technologies: Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, Jira/Jira Cloud, Kubernetes, GitHub, REST, Bitbucket.

Application for independent customer shopping

Development of a responsive web application designed for tablets and mobile devices, which allows customers to independently manage their shopping cart directly while shopping in the store. The solution supports a modern way of shopping without the need for cashiers.

Used technologies: UML, UCP methodology.

Development of a customer data retention system (Data Retention System)

Our task was to develop a backend system to support the retention and anonymization of customer and loan data. The system is designed to track all relevant data changes and ensure their timely deletion or anonymization based on defined retention policies using REST service calls. This required analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the solution.

Used technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and REST services.

Public portal for waste management

Development of a web application for waste management intended for the public. The project included the design, analysis, and subsequent development and implementation of new functionality, especially at the back-end level. Development focused on system extensibility, database work, and integration with the user interface.

Used technologies: Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, QueryDSL, Wicket, Docker, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, JUNIT, Selenium, Maven.

ALOHA – Advanced credit management platform

Modernization and consolidation of the company’s credit systems by replacing the outdated Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) with a modern, modular architecture based on Spring Boot. The solution includes multiple microservices, internal libraries, and tools that cover the entire credit management lifecycle and integration with third-party systems. At the beginning of the project, our task was to analyse the old solutions in EAP and design a new architecture (ALOHA). Subsequently, the project was expanded to include the management and development of the acquired components, ensuring stability, scalability, and adaptability to business requirements.

Used technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST API, Camunda, MySQL.

Design of architecture and integration approach to meet the requirements of the European PSD2 directive

We designed secure access to banking services via API. The solution focused on security, access management, and compliance with EU regulatory frameworks, with an emphasis on scalability and future development.

Used technologies: UML, ArchiMate, TOGAF, Azure Cloud, CA API Gateway.

Central solution for international road transportation

The project aimed to develop a system for processing requests in the field of international road transportation with a connection to the European ETAES (European Transport Approval System) infrastructure. The solution included SOAP and REST services for submitting, extending, and cancelling various types of transport permit requests. The project also included the design and development of a user interface with an emphasis on UX and data visualization, the creation of back-end logic and front-end components for request management. Payment functionality and request data management were also implemented, as well as integration with external systems.

Used technologies: Python, Tesseract, TensorFlow, CNN, ResNet, Google Colab.

Development of a new B2B portal

Our task was to replace the old portal built on the Liferay platform with a modern cloud-ready architecture. An incremental migration approach was used, which allowed for the simultaneous development of new functionalities, bug fixes, and gradual deployment of the new platform. System analysis, backend development, and responsibility for architecture design were required.

Used technologies: Spring Boot, RH-SSO, OpenShift, Angular, REST API, Oracle.

Development of a complex web application for creating and managing insurance contracts

The goal was to develop a new system that would allow users to process data from contracts. The system was designed to integrate with existing Oracle services and databases. The work also included performance tuning, load testing, JUnit test development, and PDF output creation via JasperReports.

Used technologies: Java, Spring, Hibernate, JasperReports, Angular, Oracle DB, JUnit, Tomcat, Liferay, Maven.

Smart Industry System

Implementation of a solution for the management and optimization of production and warehouse processes for various industrial companies, with an emphasis on efficiency and automation of warehouse management.

Used technologies: Java, Karaf, Postgres, Kubernetes, Camunda.

Integration of partners into the B2B portal

The goal was to integrate partners and third parties into the B2B system through federated access and secure data exchange. REST API interfaces were developed to provide access to services and read data from external systems, such as insurance comparison tools and partner services. It was necessary to develop backend solutions with an emphasis on secure identity federation and interoperability with external systems.

Used technologies: RH-SSO (Keycloak), OpenID, SAML, Kerberos, REST.

Designing a new module to ensure GDPR compatibility

The goal was to support the bank’s compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by designing a system for the proper processing and protection of personal data. The project ensured that the bank’s systems support key GDPR principles such as data minimization, consent management, and the right to erasure.

Used technologies: UML, PL/SQL.

Our goal is not only to deliver solutions, but also to bring value and satisfaction
that can be felt in practice.
